On Sunday my friend, Martha who is the new biology teacher at the American Overseas School of Rome (AOSR) and who is temporarily staying in my place met a landlady to secure an apartment where she will live this school year. It is in an area called Prati which is close to the Vatican. We met another teacher and the three of us had a traditional Italian meal at a very nice restaurant. The weather was pleasant. It has been very hot in Rome but on Sunday it finally cooled down. - Nancy
