Lunch spread

Lunch today was at an event location near the hilltop village of Erice. Sicily is famous for outstanding food. The spread today did not disappoint. After lunch we learned about making a Sicilian pastry that is a very sweet almond cookie and also fresh cannoli. The woman who owns the place also has a pastry shop in the town of Erice where she sells her famous pastries.  -Nancy
