My friend Martha and I went for a walk together most days. There is a lovely park fairly close to my apartment. The views make it seem like you are not in the city. Closer to my place there are 5 young cinghiale (wild boar) who have made their home in a park that is not very scenic.

One evening I went into town for dinner with friends. The people I have worked with have been so kind to me all year. New friendships made the year much better.
